We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our growing team at our Orlando Headquarters.
Position Overview
As the Parts Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of our marine inventory, from ordering to technician distribution. You will serve as the primary administrator for our Parts Department within Lightspeed DMS to ensure accurate tracking and financial compliance.
Schedule & Location
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Orlando Headquarters (3419 W D Judge Dr. #150, Orlando, FL 32808).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders: Place and receive orders for all marine parts and shop supplies.
- Administer DMS: Utilize Lightspeed DMS for all purchase orders and receiving logs.
- Track inventory: Maintain part numbers, pricing, and precise stock quantities for Orlando.
- Conduct audits: Complete physical inventory counts required for financial compliance.
- Support technicians: Pull and distribute parts for technicians based on active job requests.
- Process warranties: Handle the return of warranty parts according to manufacturer guidelines.
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Lightspeed proficiency: 3+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with Lightspeed DMS.
- Industry experience: Fast-paced, high-volume production environment background.
- Physical ability: Capability to lift and move 50–60 pounds regularly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership skills: Prior experience managing or supervising staff is a major plus.
- Dealership background: 2+ years of experience in a Marine or PowerSports dealership.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
