We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Apartment Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. This role is vital in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our residential communities. The ideal candidate must have a clean driver’s license and be ready to perform a variety of painting, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and attractive living environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help keep our properties in top condition, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all residents.
Duties
- Perform interior and exterior painting of apartment units, common areas, and building exteriors with precision and quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, minor electric, drywall repair
Requirements
- Valid and clean driver’s license is mandatory for this full-time position.
- Proven experience in residential painting, facilities maintenance, or related fields.
