Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities including dividing, labeling, shipping & receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations for all locations.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices for forklift operation, and safety procedures aligned with OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems, ensuring accuracy and accountability across all stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics for warehouse distribution, including 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall warehouse performance.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain detailed records of shipping & receiving activities, inventory movements, and incident reports to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or team management within a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management techniques, warehouse distribution processes, and logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems such as Clover, Retail Manager and Excell.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Prior experience working with e-commerce inventory is highly desirable.
