Are you outgoing, high-energy, and passionate about health and wellness? We’re looking for a proactive Wellness Coordinator to be the face of our clinics in Plant City and Zephyrhills.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Patient Experience & Greeting: Warmly welcome patients, manage front-desk flow, answer phones, and handle patient check-ins using POS software.
- Sales & Growth: Confidently present, educate, and sell membership plans and visit packages to new and returning patients to help meet clinic targets.
- Member Retention: Re-engage inactive members, answer inquiries, and ensure accurate, current patient records.
- Clinic Operations: Maintain a clean, pristine, and welcoming reception area.
- Marketing & Support: Assist with local clinic marketing opportunities and community outreach efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with chiropractors and staff to deliver a world-class, cohesive patient experience.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: 1–2+ years in retail sales, customer service, office management, or marketing preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with computers, phone systems, and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Personality: Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and empathetic with strong communication skills.
- Multitasker: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
