Bakery Express is a wholesale bakery in Lewisville, Texas supporting major retail clients since 2001 with fresh baked donuts and muffins daily and packaged cookies, brownies and a variety of other baked goods.
We are seeking an energetic, responsible and friendly individual to join our team as a Bakery Mixer. The ideal candidate for this position should have an understanding of mixing ingredients, solid organizational skills and a genuine passion for working on a team with people. The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of responsibilities including helping prepare the bakery for the day. Moreover, Packing, Picking and Icing.
To be successful at Bakery Express in a Production Role, you must be able to:
- Follow Direction
- Read and Basic Math Skills
- Work with since of urgency
- Stand and Walk/Work on Feet while in Production
- Push/Pull Bakery stacks (on wheels) - 50+ pounds
- Lift 50+ pounds
- Demonstrate Attention to Detail
- Work with commercial mixing machinery
