Operations & Growth Coordinator
Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking an Operations & Growth Coordinator to serve as an extension of the owner across multiple healthcare and wellness businesses. This is not a traditional office manager role. We are looking for someone who can take established systems, protocols, and priorities and ensure they are executed consistently, efficiently, and profitably.
The ideal candidate understands business operations, sales, team accountability, productivity, and customer experience. This person will help transform ideas into action and ensure important projects are completed without constant oversight.
What You'll Do
- Execute operational priorities established by ownership
- Ensure staff adherence to company protocols and systems
- Track and complete projects from conception to implementation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Create accountability and follow-through throughout the organization
- Assist with sales initiatives, lead management, and conversion tracking
- Monitor patient/client retention and customer experience
- Coordinate marketing implementation and campaign execution
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement approved solutions
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff to ensure expectations are met
Sales & Growth Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve lead conversion rates
- Track sales goals and team performance metrics
- Ensure follow-up systems are completed consistently
- Assist with membership, wellness, and service growth initiatives
- Support marketing campaigns and measure results
- Help drive revenue growth through operational excellence and accountability
Qualifications
- Strong business operations experience
- Proven sales or business development experience
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to hold team members accountable professionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with KPI tracking, sales reporting, and productivity management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Healthcare, wellness, medical, chiropractic, aesthetics, or service-based business experience preferred
