Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy household manager/personal assistant who thrives on structure and takes real ownership of the details. This hybrid role blends household management and personal assistant work, helping the family stay organized and running smoothly day to day. The ideal candidate is naturally Type A: someone who anticipates needs, keeps systems tidy, and uses tools like ChatGPT and Google Calendar to stay efficient and on top of things. This is a consistent, long-term, part-time position with some scheduling flexibility, well suited to someone who takes pride in being reliable and proactive.
Responsibilities:
- Keep family schedules, appointments, and reminders organized using tools like Google Calendar
- Use technology (e.g., ChatGPT, shared calendars, task apps) to streamline household routines and communication
- Manage household systems and day-to-day organization
- Assist with personal assistant tasks such as errands, scheduling, and correspondence
- Anticipate the family's needs and proactively keep things running smoothly
- Communicate regularly with the family regarding schedules, tasks, and household needs
Requirements:
- Prior household management and/or personal assistant experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive, Type A approach
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Google Calendar, and task/organization apps
- Excellent, verifiable references
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Warm, patient, and attentive demeanor
