Heavenly Buffaloes is hiring a versatile, dependable team member for our Raleigh location. This role is a crossover position that supports both front-of-house (order taking & guest experience) and back-of-house (basic kitchen prep & support). Bi-lingual preferred.

Position Overview
You’ll be one of the faces of our restaurant while also helping keep the kitchen running smoothly. This is a great role for someone who likes variety in their shift and takes pride in doing things the right way.
Your ultimate goal is to provide high-quality service and execution that helps us maintain and attract loyal customers.
Front of House Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers upon entrance
- Take in-person and phone orders accurately
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized ordering area
- Issue bills and accept payments
- Handle complaints or issues with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
Back of House Responsibilities
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
- Prep food (cleaning, cutting ingredients, basic cooking tasks)
- Plate food according to standards and guidance
- Support order flow to ensure accuracy and speed
- Wash dishes, clean utensils, and maintain a clean workspace
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to jump between FOH and BOH tasks as needed
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Restaurant experience preferred (1+ year), but not required for the right person
