Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IBM i (AS/400) RPG & SQL Developer to join our IT/MIS team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical applications in a manufacturing and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPG and SQL programming, a solid understanding of IBM i systems, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG (RPG III / RPG IV / Free-Form) and SQL on IBM i (AS/400) systems
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support order processing, fulfillment, and distribution system functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT/MIS team members and business stakeholders on projects and system improvements
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features
- Document programs, processes, and system changes
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and system performance

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
