Our current opening is for a Controls Sales Account Executive in our Wichita office. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for providing customer solutions while maximizing account penetration and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships while maximizing retention across assigned business accounts
Identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective customers
Convert leads into sales opportunities by applying the appropriate sales process and coordinating internal resources
Assign and collaborate with the appropriate sales team members, ensuring clear communication of next steps throughout the sales cycle
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Facility Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Purchasing teams
Create and execute account-specific business plans to support long-term, profitable partnerships
Prepare and deliver account reports, proposals, and quotes for repairs, system upgrades, energy solutions, and service agreements (time & material and fixed-price)
Proactively follow up with customers to secure renewals of service contracts and ongoing business
Utilize knowledge of HVAC controls systems to effectively position solutions and services
Leverage experience with computers, networks, databases, and operating systems to support sales activities and customer needs

- Three to five years of sales experience preferred
