Job Summary:
American Garage Builders & Lumber Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Outside Commissioned Sales Professional to manage company-provided leads within a our Fox Valley territory (up to one hour in all directions) — no cold calling required. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on sales success and enjoys working independently. The primary focus is selling residential panelized detached garages and related concrete work while ensuring seamless coordination from sales to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and close company-provided warm leads—no cold calls.
- Build relationships with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate and oversee the garage construction and concrete installation process.
- Work with internal teams (mill and foreman) to secure permits, conduct surveys, and schedule inspections.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction or a related field (preferred).
- Self-motivated and independent, with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in computers and various software applications.
