At Bridgeway Senior Living, we believe every resident deserves to feel empowered, supported, and cared for with dignity. We’re looking for a dedicated Restorative Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team and help residents maintain their independence, mobility, and highest level of function.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with nursing and therapy teams to implement individualized restorative nursing programs.
- Support residents with mobility, range-of-motion exercises, walking programs, positioning, and self-care activities.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust restorative approaches based on individual needs and goals.
- Accurately document restorative services, participation, and outcomes.
- Encourage residents to maintain their independence and participate in daily activities.
- Communicate changes in condition or progress with the appropriate members of the care team.
- Provide compassionate encouragement and motivation throughout each resident’s restorative journey.
- Help maintain a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What We’re Looking For
- Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Restorative nursing, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing, therapy, CNAs, residents, and families.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.
