As a contracted provider with the Indiana Department of Child Services, NGBP delivers family-centered, community-based services with a strong emphasis on accountability, professionalism, cultural humility, and measurable outcomes.
Position Summary
New Generational Blueprint is seeking a dependable, organized, and mission-driven provider to deliver Home-Based Casework and Supervised Parenting Time services to children and families involved in community-based services. This frontline role supports family preservation, reunification, parenting development, and child safety through structured service delivery in homes, community settings, and approved visitation environments.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex family systems, engaging clients with professionalism and empathy, maintaining strong boundaries, and completing timely, accurate documentation in a compliance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide home-based casework services focused on family functioning, parenting support, conflict resolution, communication, daily living skills, and community resource connection.
Facilitate and supervise parenting time in approved settings while monitoring safety, structure, and the quality of parent-child interaction.
Support service goals through coaching, observation, rapport building, skill reinforcement, and consistent family engagement.
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, monthly reports, visitation documentation, and incident reporting in accordance with agency and DCS expectations.
Document all required service activity in Case Management Pro and comply with agency deadlines and quality standards.
Communicate professionally with referral sources, supervisors, and treatment team members regarding progress, barriers, attendance, and safety concerns.
Participate in case staffing, family team meetings, court-related processes, and related service coordination as assigned.
Deliver services only within the scope of assigned referrals and approved service categories.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
Relevant direct service experience with children, adolescents, parents, or families strongly preferred.
Experience in child welfare, case management, visitation, behavioral health, mentoring, father engagement, or community-based services preferred.
Strong documentation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professional boundaries in the field.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance required.
Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas and work in home and community-based environments.
Candidates must be able to meet onboarding, training, safety, confidentiality, and documentation requirements associated with DCS-aligned community-based service delivery.
