We are seeking an energetic and dedicated FOH Support team member to enhance our guest experience and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional in-person customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with food running, serving, and delivering orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Maintain cleanliness by performing routine cleaning tasks, bussing tables, and ensuring the dining area is tidy and inviting
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and preparation procedures in accordance with food safety standards
- Support heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during setup, restocking, or clearing supplies
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen support and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Manage in-person guest inquiries professionally, addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, and safe lifting practices
- Experience with banquet service or large-scale event support is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
