- Experience working with extended warranty companies, including calling in and processing claims
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with clients
- Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, accurately document vehicle concerns
- Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
- Handle extended warranty claims and authorizations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Strong phone and computer skills

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
