This position is responsible for enforcing parking related ordinances in the City of Burlington, through a lens of safety and equity, by issuing tickets and coordinating the towing of vehicles that pose a safety risk or infringe on equitable parking opportunities. Additionally, this position acts as a customer service representative regarding parking services in City’s the on-street and off-street parking resources. This position includes providing information, assistance, and support to customers using the various parking payment platforms the City offers.

Pay Grade 11: $24.02 - $26.73 Hourly
Remote Tier 1:Zero (0) days remote/week
We current have three openings for the following shifts:

Tuesday through Saturday, from 9am to 5pm,

Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and,
-
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 9pm
