Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Inside & Outside Porters to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning, custodial, and maintenance tasks both inside and outside the facility. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that our premises remain pristine, well-maintained, and inviting for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your efforts directly contribute to the overall safety and appearance of our property. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting all designated areas inside the facility.
- Maintain exterior cleanliness by sweeping walkways, parking lots, loading docks, and clearing debris from outdoor spaces.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as shower and restroom sanitation, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all common areas are tidy and presentable.
- Carry out custodial responsibilities like floor care—including buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing floors—to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with general facilities maintenance including minor repairs, painting touch-ups (residential or commercial), and reporting larger issues to maintenance teams.
- Support industrial cleaning activities when required, including cleaning large equipment or specialized areas.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning is advantageous.
- Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning products and equipment usage to ensure effective sanitation while maintaining safety standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
