At Comfort Kare Services, we provide compassionate, high-quality pediatric services to families across Virginia and Maryland. We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and provide client-focused ABA services in home settings.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide direct 1:1 support to clients
- Maintain accurate session notes and documentation
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
- Support skill development and behavior goals
Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in ABA, behavioral health, special education, or childcare
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Passion for working with children
Job Details:
- Part-time with potential to grow to full-time
- Pay: $18–$30/hour
- Expected hours: 15–40 per week
- In-home services in Woodbridge, Alexandria, and Stafford, VA
