Duties
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain quality and compliance.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling duties securely.
- Monitor inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Support customer service excellence by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision, preferably in quick service or fast food environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS system, experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop team members effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and hospitality management principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multitasking capabilities; prior casual dining or hotel experience is a plus.
