Join our dynamic real estate investment team as a Finance Graduate or Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, accounting, and investment management within the real estate sector. You will work closely with seasoned professionals to analyze financial data, assist with compliance, and support the fund’s strategic initiatives.
Duties
*Perform Acquisition modeling for facilities in Colorado & Puerto Rico.
*Research emerging sector Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS)
*Real Estate research and market analysis for acquisition for conversions and ground development
*Participate in operation set up of Real Estate set up of Reg D 506c exempted real estate investment open ended fund.
*AI integration software implementation.
