Valex is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join its Quality team in Ventura, CA. Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following; creating and updating work instructions, SP Specs, Drawings, PPS, Process and Procedures, Forms, Templates, Manuals; Quality systems auditing; quality control inspection planning; NMR and RMA tracking; maintaining of Library of Parts (LOPs); maintain corrective/preventive action report log; calibration matrix, maintain Continuous Improvement Opportunity (CIO) system database/program; certificate of compliance (C of C) for JOIs, MQR's, Dot Management.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: A.A. Degree in an applicable field or 4+ years of directly related experience, proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook, proficiency in HTML formatting helpful, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a pay range of $25-$30/hr DOE. All new-hires must successfully complete pre-employment drug/alcohol testing, criminal/civil background check, verification of employment and education, as well as verification of previous employment. Must be able to work in the USA without company sponsorship.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
