We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to join our team at Subway 9051 in Salt Rock, WV. The QSR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Supervise and train staff members
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a QSR management role
