Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and results-driven bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations Coordinator / Dispatcher to oversee the daily operations of our Lawn Care, Landscaping, and Tree Service divisions.
This position plays a key role in scheduling jobs, coordinating crews, managing routes, tracking projects, providing customer service, and monitoring the profitability of each service.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule Lawn Care, Landscaping, and Tree Service crews on a daily basis.
* Organize and optimize work routes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
* Manage and maintain the Jobber system.
* Schedule appointments and approved jobs.
* Monitor projects from start to completion.
* Ensure all work orders are properly completed and closed out.
* Record receipts, expenses, and job costs to maintain accurate financial information.
* Track and verify the profitability of each job and project.
* Monitor crew progress through GPS tracking and daily reports.
* Track and calculate labor hours for each crew.
* Prepare weekly production and performance reports.
* Monitor sales, production, and estimator commissions.
* Coordinate communication between customers, estimators, and field crews.
* Follow up on pending jobs, schedule changes, and rescheduling requests.
* Assist with billing processes and completed work order closeouts.
* Coordinate seasonal operations, including winter and snow services when required.
* Maintain operational productivity and performance metrics.
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, and follow up on customer requests according to company standards and procedures.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient with computers and administrative systems.
* Experience with Jobber, CRM systems, scheduling, or dispatch software preferred.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or field service operations is a plus.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
