Pastry Chef

An established, fine dining restaurant in Baltimore City is seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to lead its pastry program. We are looking for a talented professional with a strong foundation in classic French pastry, a commitment to excellence, and the creativity to develop seasonal desserts using the finest local ingredients. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional pastry experience
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of classic French pastry techniques
- Experience developing seasonal dessert menus with an appreciation for local and regional ingredients
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A strong work ethic and passion for learning and continuous improvement
