Q Specialty Coffee is a new high-end coffee shop in San Francisco, offering a unique experience by roasting green coffee beans on-site within 12 minutes and serving world-class specialty pour-over coffee.

- Barista
Pay: $27 – $29 per hour (including tips)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and matcha drinks
- Provide warm, professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and support daily café operations
- (For management roles) Supervise shifts, train staff, and ensure smooth café operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in coffee or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership skills for management roles
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
