School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Full-Time | Up to $88/hr + Kaiser Benefits | Greater Redding Area
Speech 360 Therapy Inc. is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based assignment serving students through Mountain Valley Special Education JPA in the greater Redding area.
This is a full-time W-2 role with competitive pay up to $88/hour, Kaiser health care options, paid indirect time, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with employer matching, CE support, license reimbursement, and mileage/drive time reimbursement when applicable. A salaried option may be available for the right fit.
The SLP will be employed by Speech 360 Therapy Inc. and placed in a school-based assignment supporting students within the Mountain Valley Special Education JPA service area.
About the Assignment:
Mountain Valley Special Education JPA serves 13 small school districts and one charter school in the greater Redding area. The JPA was created to provide a broader continuum of services for students with disabilities.
This role is a strong fit for an SLP who enjoys school-based work, smaller school communities, collaborative teams, and meaningful student impact.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech and language services.
Complete assessments, reports, IEP goals, and service recommendations.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
Maintain service logs, documentation, and progress reports.
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and functional communication needs.
Communicate professionally with Speech 360 Therapy Inc. and school partners.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure required.
CCC-SLP preferred.
School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong assessment, IEP, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Organized, professional, and student-centered.
Schedule:
Full-time school-based assignment.

School-year schedule.
