Impact Window & Door Installer
Impact Solutions of SWFL is a family-owned and operated company specializing in impact windows, doors, storefront systems, sliders, and iron doors throughout Southwest Florida. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that values teamwork, reliability, and quality workmanship.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced installers is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Install impact windows, doors, sliders, storefront systems, and iron doors
- Follow installation procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work safely and professionally at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials
- Represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements
- Must be reliable and show up on time every day
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience with basic window and door installation preferred
- Knowledge of storefront systems, impact products, and iron doors is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-player mindset with strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Own truck, trailer, and installation tools (not required)
- Construction, remodeling, or glazing experience
- Experience reading plans and measurements
