We are interested in hiring a Groundskeeper who will be able to provide professional landscaping services for our apartment homes on the Madison area.
Job Description
Groundskeeper (Full-time):
· Able to do general landscaping and gardening to maintain site
· Maintaining lawns, trees, flowers and shrubs
· Keep grounds free from trash, litter and debris
· Ensure that grounds a pleasant both visually and operatively at all times
· Potential for snow and ice removal from sidewalks
· Daily lawn care such as watering, raking and blowing leaves
· Must follow safety guidelines for the operation of equipment and chemicals
Applicants must be:
· Timely, efficient and reliable
· Able to clearly communicate with supervisors
· Solid work ethic, honest and trustworthy
· Attention to detail, integrity and professionalism
· Able to work well independently and in a team environment
· Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
