Eligibility: This position is open EXCLUSIVELY to current PSNS / IMF and Bangor employees.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a mass transit vehicle along designated routes and adhere to established schedules.

Collect fare from passengers, sell passes, and ensure accurate transactions.

Provide information on routes and schedules for subscription services to prospective passengers.

Communicate transit policies and procedures to passengers.

Complete and submit required documentation, including trip reports, accident and incident reports, and equipment malfunctions, in a timely manner.

Prepare the bus for operation by checking brakes and other equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Monitor the two-way radio for communications, and report any unusual conditions such as accidents, passenger incidents, or traffic issues.
Additional Duties:

Refuel the bus as necessary.

Install and remove chains when required.
