Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial/Residential Window Service Technician to join our team. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. The Service Technician will travel to multiple commercial job sites to inspect, service, repair, and maintain windows and related hardware. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, able to troubleshoot problems, and takes pride in providing high-quality workmanship and professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, service, repair, and maintain commercial windows and window systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot window and hardware issues
- Repair or replace window hardware, including locks, handles, rollers, operators, hinges, and closers
- Replace damaged seals, gaskets, weatherstripping, and other components
- Perform adjustments to ensure windows operate properly
- Perform glass and window-related repairs as needed
- Travel to various commercial job sites
- Complete service work according to work orders and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, building managers, and team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and job-site requirements
- Manage your own schedule and keep track of your assigned service work.

Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial windows, glass, construction, maintenance, or a related trade preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to travel to commercial job sites
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication and customer-service skills
Commercial window, storefront, curtain wall, aluminum framing, or glass experience is a plus.

Work Hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
