Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) – New Graduates Welcome
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a new store to join our growing community pharmacy team. We are in the process of getting our contracts with insurances. Until we get these contracts it is just to be in the store. This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed pharmacist or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience, leadership growth, and long-term career development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Verify prescriptions and counsel patients
- Supervise pharmacy staff and workflow
- Maintain accurate records and inventory management
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Retail pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
