Available Positions & CompensationMaster ASE Certified Technician
- $50+ per flat-rate hour
- ASE Master Certification preferred
- Advanced diagnostic and repair expertise required
100% Ford Trained & Certified Technician
- $50+ per flat-rate hour
- Fully certified through Ford training programs
- Strong diagnostic and repair experience required
Technician Currently Pursuing Ford Certification
- $43+ per flat-rate hour
- Actively enrolled in Ford certification training
- Opportunity for continued advancement and increased earnings
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform maintenance, warranty repairs, and customer-pay repairs
- Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and service information
- Complete repair orders according to dealership and factory standards
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Communicate repair recommendations and findings effectively
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Ford dealership experience preferred
- ASE certifications highly valued
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
