KALLATI is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our Operations team at our headquarters in Great Neck, NY. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our high-value jewelry inventory is accurately tracked, organized, and ready to support retailers, cruise partners, trade shows, and special events. Every piece matters, and so does your attention to detail.

What You'll Do
As our Inventory Control Specialist, you'll help keep our inventory operation running smoothly by:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and product movement
- Pulling, verifying, counting, and organizing fine jewelry
- Processing inventory transfers, replenishments, returns, exchanges, and receiving
- Updating inventory information within our inventory management system
- Reconciling inventory discrepancies and maintaining documentation
- Preparing jewelry for shipments, merchandising, trade shows, and special projects
- Working closely with Shipping, Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Sales Support teams
- Helping maintain organized, secure inventory areas while ensuring every piece is accounted for

- Comfortable working hands-on with fine jewelry and other high-value merchandise
- Trustworthy, dependable, and accountable
- Able to balance speed with exceptional accuracy
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of their work
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, logistics, jewelry operations, warehouse operations, or similar inventory-focused roles
- Experience working with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to accurately handle product movement, reconciliation, and inventory tracking
- Experience within the fine jewelry, luxury goods, retail, or wholesale industry is strongly preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Hourly Range: $22.00 – $28.00/hour ($45,760 – $58,240) annually, based on experience).
- PTO: 20 days annually (vacation, sick, holiday, and personal days combined, accrued after probation).
Working Environment
- Onsite position based in Great Neck, New York.
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Physical Requirements
This role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and handling jewelry inventory throughout the workday.
