Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring top-tier customer support and satisfaction.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently. Insurance related questions.
- Support marketing campaigns by distributing promotional materials, gathering customer feedback, and increasing brand awareness. Email blast, mailers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry tools and CRM systems (Agency Bloc).
- Develop strategies for improving customer experience and expanding outreach efforts. Marketing to Social Media platforms. (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Next door).
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear communication to build rapport with mostly retired/pre-retired audiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and ability to work independently. NOT micro managed.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or marketing/advertising is advantageous
- Strong markeitng and computer aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal—along with active listening abilities
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills-Our personal CRM system is Agency Bloc
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills for interpreting customer feedback or sales data preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and professional demeanor in all interactions
