Overview
Premier Roofing, a metal roofing specialist serving the greater Oneonta area, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our office team. This role is the first point of contact for customers calling about new roofing projects, existing jobs, and general business matters. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced office environment.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls regarding new leads, follow ups, and other business matters
- Speak directly with customers to gather roofing project details
- Route leads to the appropriate estimator based on location and scheduling
- Perform customer follow up calls to keep projects moving and maintain client relationships
- Accurately document lead and customer information using company systems
Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Familiarity with Google Drive required
- Strong typing and general computer skills required
- Professional phone manner and strong organizational and people skills essential
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or the roofing/construction industry is a plus but not required
