Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through product demos when needed.
- Maintain clean and organized merchandising displays; stock shelves & racks efficiently to ensure products are accessible and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management by stocking new merchandise.
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits during customer interactions to increase sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures accurate transactions.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs But not required.
- Strong communication skills enable clear interactions with customers and team members alike.
- Basic math skills are essential for cash register accuracy and inventory counts.
