We are a small, family-owned franchise with a tight-knit team of just 7 employees. On a crew this size, every person matters—we treat one another with respect, hold ourselves to a professional standard, and have each other's backs every shift.
The Schedule
- 3 mornings a week to start: Our current openings are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Flexible for the right candidate: If those exact days don't fit your life, let's talk—we're open to adjusting the schedule for the right person.
- Room to work more: You must be able to pick up additional shifts as they become available, not to exceed 5 days per week.
- Total morning freedom: Shifts start at 3:30 AM, and you're off the clock by 9:00 AM. It's the perfect setup for anyone with another job or afternoon commitments.

What We're Looking For
Because we are such a small team, we rely heavily on one another. Consistency is everything.
- Dependable Transportation: Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) and public transit are not viable for a 3:30 AM start. You must have your own reliable vehicle to ensure you can get to work on time.
- Reliability & Availability: We need someone who takes pride in showing up on time—and who can step up to cover extra shifts when the team needs it.
- ServSafe Certification: A Food Handler's certificate is required. Don't have one? We will help the right candidate obtain their certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Hands-On Work: You'll be operating dough mixers and rounders to prep our signature kolaches and keeping the kitchen organized. No experience necessary—we will train you!
The Compensation
- $14/hr base + daily tips (Bakers average $16.50–$18.50 total per hour)
