Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin a long-term career in financial services. You will work closely with advisors and operational staff to support client relationships, ensure smooth account workflows, and maintain a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, responsive support to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including preparing forms and gathering documentation
- Process account opening, transfers, money movement, and other service requests with accuracy
- Maintain and update client records in CRM and custodian platforms
- Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Coordinate with advisors on follow-up tasks and outstanding items
- Handle general office administrative duties and support team operations
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Communications, or related field)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems a plus
- Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
