Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Accuracy and efficiency with all job duties.
· Ability to make sound loan underwriting decisions meeting the needs of the member and the organization as a Consumer and Mortgage Loan Officer. Ability to accurately and efficiently prepare loan documents.
· Open new accounts, CD’s and IRA’s following correct procedure and regulatory requirements.
· Oversee the daily branch operations with the assistance of the VPO/VP-Lending
· Develop staff to maximize their potential.
· Professionalism is evident in both appearance and confidence with willingness and ability to perform job duties.
· Able to develop goals (individual, team, branch and credit union) to improve the overall business of the credit union.
· Ability to act as a team-player and willing to help all co-workers of ECU
· Assist members in multiple capacities. Solution driven to take ownership of a request. Seek knowledge and resources to offer 100% great service to all members.

· Any and all other duties as needed and assigned by the VPO/VPL.
· Effectively manage a teller drawer and function as a back up to MSR as needed.
· Manage branch cash inventory and cash shipments in and out.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise MSR Team and the overall operations of the branch. Create branch schedules.
Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Work with Human Resources in researching, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training, coaching, supervising, disciplining, and dismissals.
Education, Training, and Experience:
At least 1 year management experience
At least 3 years lending experience
Language Skills:
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret general business/technical procedures.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and loan amortizations. Ability to apply concepts and problem solve effectively. Monthly (at least) balancing of general ledger accounts; assigned by the President or a member of the Executive Team.
Performance Standards:
Branch Manager should monitor all credit union operations to gain knowledge and consistency in quality member service and compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Service Standards are in practice.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to use the credit union’s computer system for input/output transactions. Such usage includes, but is not limited to, retrieval of information, printing out individual statements of account, inputting data, updating information, and general maintenance of the records.
Must be proficient in word processing applications.
Ability to operate a personal computer to perform simple accounting tasks such as account reconciliations, internet connections with password/PIN maintenance/privacy protection.
Microsoft Excel and Word software proficiency required.
Must be bondable.
Must be a Notary Public in the State of Wisconsin.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
