Overview

Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks all while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform inventory control tasks such as stock counting, cycle counts, and updating warehouse management team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves and pallets systematically to optimize space utilization.
- Assist in shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming/outgoing shipments against documentation
- Support warehouse supervisor in implementing warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience involving inventory management, order picking & packing, or shipping & receiving is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks is Highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse operations is desirable.
