Here at Garrett's Family Market, we call Retail Clerks our Guest Specialists. As a Guest Specialist you will be providing excellent customer service to everyone who walks in the store while also performing other duties such as stocking shelves and brewing coffee.

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity.
