Responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving individual sales goals while maintaining dealership standards.

Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone.

Conduct needs assessments and vehicle presentations.

Demonstrate vehicle features and perform test drives.

Present pricing and payment options.

Follow dealership sales process.

Maintain CRM activities and customer follow-up.

Generate referrals and repeat business.

Deliver sold vehicles and explain features.

Maintain product knowledge on all models and competitors.

Meet monthly sales, appointment, and CSI goals.

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Pass Background and Drug Screening tests
Compensation:
Minimum Hourly Wage against a draw +/ or commission whichever is greater
Top Sales Consultants on track to make over $100k a year with commissions
