Summary/Objective
The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for fixed asset accounting, consolidating financial reporting for Company Partners, performing financial statement analysis, supporting period-end close activities, support internal and external audits, including the annual financial audit, and completing other duties and projects as business needs require.
Essential Functions
- Support internal and external audits, including the annual financial audit.
- Assists in the annual financial audit and preparation of tax return work papers and filings.
- Consolidate financial reporting for Partners by compiling and entering financial data to meet reporting requirements, including submissions through Safran’s BFC reporting application.
- Manage the Company’s fixed assets, including tracking assets under construction, depreciation, and capitalization.
- Prepares journal entries and monthly account reconciliations to support general ledger balances.
- Assists Controller with updating policies and procedures as needed to keep us in compliance with internal control guidelines.
- Assists with forecasting and budgeting process

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years’ experience required in Accounting or Finance
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
