Blanq MFG is a fast-growing apparel decoration and fulfillment company specializing in custom apparel, promotional products, fulfillment, and branded merchandise.
We're looking for a hands-on Operations & Production Manager who can help organize, lead, and improve our day-to-day production operations.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management position. We need someone who can lead by example, solve problems, hold people accountable, improve systems, and jump in wherever needed to keep production moving.
The ideal candidate takes ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys building efficient systems while leading a team toward clear goals.
What You'll Be Responsible ForProduction & Operations
- Manage daily production schedules and workflow
- Ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Maintain quality control standards across all departments
- Develop and improve SOPs and operational systems
- Track production progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Help launch new products and services without disrupting existing operations
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure consumables are always stocked
- Assist ownership with operational projects and growth initiatives
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop production staff
- Create schedules based on workload demands
- Hold team members accountable to production and quality standards
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- Help build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Communication & Problem Solving
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day production issues
- Coordinate between departments to keep projects moving
- Assist in resolving customer concerns related to production
- Communicate clearly and proactively when challenges arise

Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of management, operations, production, warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or print industry experience
- Experience managing teams and production schedules
- Experience creating SOPs and improving workflows
- Apparel decoration, screen printing, embroidery, fulfillment, or promotional products experience is a plus
- Shipping and logistics experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role.
You should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Working on the production floor alongside the team
- Lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Bending, twisting, and moving throughout the facility as needed
