Open Positions: Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S)
- Clinical Excellence & Supervision: Provide high-quality clinical supervision for staff and students, focusing on case conceptualization, diagnosis, treatment planning, and professional ethics.
- Administrative Oversight: Monitor supervisees’ documentation, productivity, and caseload management to ensure compliance with licensing board requirements and agency policies.
- Direct Care & Versatility: Deliver general mental health and drug/alcohol services for children, adolescents, and adults across various agency sites and potentially the community.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the clinical supervisory team to maintain the highest quality of services, facilitate clinical group staffings, and contribute to program growth.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health care profession.
- Appropriate State of Ohio licensure required to provide clinical and supervisory services (LISW-S).
- At least five years of experience providing direct clinical services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide a variety of direct and indirect service modalities.

Pay: $58,240.00 - $66,560.00 per year
