We are a growing company with a large fleet, currently seeking hard-working, dependable drivers to join our team. Commercial Drivers are critical members of our team, ensuring safe travel on Indiana's roads.
We are looking to hire a Class A CDL Driver based at our Fort Wayne, IN. location.
Details
- Home every night, local deliveries only, 95% of your driving will be under Short Haul exemption;
- You'll be delivering & picking up Building Materials via Flatbed with a Piggy Back Forklift, a Knuckle Boom Crane or Semi.
- Hours are generally 6:00am -5:00pm; M-F., and when scheduled Saturdays 6:00am - Noon
Job Requirements
- Must maintain a current CDL License and have a minimum of 1 year experience with current license
- Must have a current a D.O.T. physical exam;
- Must be able to drive a Manual Transmission vehicle;
- Must pass a pre-employment and random D.O.T. Drug screenings;
- Must pass a Background check;
- Must be able to climb and walk on a vehicles bed and truck mounted forklift;
- Must be able to lift and carry 80lbs. unaided;
- Must have ability to learn to operate a truck-mounted, Knuckle Boom, Crane and Forklift;
- Must have ability to obtain a Hazmat endorsement if not already have one;
- Must be able to stand for 30 minutes to an hour while unloading vehicle or operating equipment;
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, heat, cold, rain and snow;
