Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using a POS system.
- Take food and drink orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive customer service.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring proper transaction processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all serving areas, including the cart and bar stations.
- Engage with guests at the cart or bar area to promote sales and enhance their experience through excellent service.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas for events or daily operations, including banquet or catering functions.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with food safety regulations and licensing laws.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities.
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and proper serving techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the venue, and lift moderate loads when necessary.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions.
- Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or outdoor settings such as golf courses or festivals is a plus.
