Summary
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Cleveland Truck Sales, located in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and heavy machinery.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in diesel engine repair.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
