Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager/Biller to lead our HR operations and ensure seamless payroll processing. This vital role combines talent management, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration with a focus on fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing using systems such as Paychex, ADP, Workday, or Ceridian to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits-related inquiries to promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead performance management processes including employee evaluations, succession planning, and training & development programs.
- Facilitate conflict management and employee relations efforts to foster a positive work environment.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft for data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational design efforts and assist senior leadership with strategic planning related to human capital management.
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to identify talent needs and improve recruitment strategies using ATS tools like Taleo or Paylocity.
- Manage HR projects including change management initiatives and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising HR teams or managing HR functions within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, and succession planning.
- Proficiency with payroll systems such as Paychex, ADP, Workday or Kronos; experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes; strong presentation skills are essential for reporting findings to leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of contracts management and process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are a plus.
