We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales and Customer Service teams by providing exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experience throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide informed customer support.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and work toward timely resolutions that promote customer satisfaction.
- Process customer transactions, including applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices, and related documentation within the company's ERP system.
- Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
- Provide customers with shipment tracking, logistics updates, and freight information as needed.
- Manage product returns and coordinate credit refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach in all communications via phone, email, and other channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience managing daily customer email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields with a preferred 1-2 years of experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
